June - December: $150/night. (Nov 25-29 and Dec 23-27, $200/night, 4 night minimum)
Fees:
$150 security deposit
$55 cleaning fee (waived if you stay 4 or more nights)
2 night minimum unless otherwise noted
Tax rate:
12.75%
